Former 'Scandal' actor Columbus Short has been booted out of his $6,995 per month apartment for his inability to pay his rents.
According to TMZ, the landlord secured a court order to force Short to vacate the premises within five days.
The site claims the landlord told them that he's not certain that the TV star actually paid back the rent before he upped and left.
It's the latest knock for Columbus after announcing in April that he would be quitting the successful
TV drama Scandal following his arrest for domestic violence and then losing his wife in the process.
Short was bursted back in February for allegedly beating up with now ex wife, Tanee McCall.
The 32-year-old actor portrayed Harrison Wright, the right hand man of star Kerry Washington's character Olivia Pope, for three seasons on the hit ABC political drama.
