amazed onlookers on wednesday when she stepped out of a hotel without her baby,

She was shown in the video looking all radiant and
beautifully dressed as she steps out of the hotel and walks towards the car,
then, the driver reminds her that she has left her 1-year-old daughter, North
west behind!
She however turned back, walk into the hotel to pick her baby and she dramatically entered the SUV amidst paparazzi
